Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after we receive your order confirmation.

• You will receive a notification email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Method & Delivery

• All orders are shipped via Sendle.

• We currently ship within Australia only.

• Estimated delivery times: 2–7 business days, depending on your location.

(Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or other unforeseen factors.)

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email so you can follow your coffee’s journey.

Delays & Issues
